Tulips and Cherry Blossoms, Ansan
I photographed this scene on Seoul's Ansan a few days apart. The top one was in the afternoon, while the lower one was taken early on an overcast morning.
If you follow the path by the water wheel along the river and go upward, you will reach it. There is a cherry blossom festival that is held here each spring. It likely has a name, but I can't read Korean, so I didn't pay attention to what the sign said.
